Writing in The Sunday Times, she said: 'I travel by rooftop in preference to the drab London pavement when I want to visit my neighbours.
'I go by ladder, up and over the roof , then down through skylights.'
Her west London home is on the fourth floor, which gives her access to a flat-roof terrace.
